Shipping & Delivery

For Retail Customers: All orders will be ship within the next 1-2 business days.  For Wholesale Customers: All Orders will be process within 1-2 business days, regardless the shipping service you chose.  Any purchase made on a holiday or weekend will be process the next business day.

We offer a variety of shipping service, please choose the one that will accommodate your needs.

Total Desire Inc. will not retain any of its clients’ personal information (name, address, phone, email) unless it is voluntarily released. Total Desire Inc.’s webpage does not intend to collect any information from children younger than 16 years old. If for any reason some parents or guardians have provided us children information, they should send us an email to support@mytotaldesire.com letting us know that we need to remove the child’s information

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy: We accept returns for an unused, unworn, unwashed item(s) with tags attached in its original package within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The refund will be made  upon inspection of the returned item. It may take from 1 to 3 business days to process the refund. We have the right to refuse the item or refund if the item is used or without tags. 

Exchange Policy: We accept exchanges for an UNUSED item with tags attached within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please sent the item back to us, once we receive it, we will send the size that you need. Just include your invoice with a note informing us what size you’ll need. We offer free shipping for the first purchase, but we can't cover the shipping cost to send the exchange item.  You (the Buyer) are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and the exchange item. For Domestic orders, you will received an invoice from PayPal in the amount of ($4.99) to cover the shipping cost for the new item. For International orders, you will received an invoice from PayPal to cover the shipping cost for the new item (shipping cost varies by Country). 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All purchases are process through PayPal. Moreover, all refunds are process through PayPal.

Refunds will be process 1-3 business days from the date the item/s was received.
